11th Annual Hemmings Motor News Concours d'Elegance in Lake George, New York
Mark's 1958 Studebaker Golden Hawk not only won Best in Class in the Studebaker Class, but it was also selected as one of three finalists for Best in Show out of over 110 cars invited to the show. Featured in the photo, standing beside the Golden Hawk on the Best in Show red carpet, are (L-R) Wayne Carini of "Chasing Classic Cars," Mark James, Garey Bell from Cornerstone Auto Restorations and Jim Menneto, President and Publisher of Hemmings Motor News.

21st Annual Radnor Hunt Concours d'Elegance in Malvern, Pennsylvania
The Radnor Hunt Concours, considered to be one of the top ten concours held in the United States, has the distinction, also, of being the only U.S. concours d'elegance to feature coaches and carriages. Mark's 1956 Studebaker Golden Hawk was one of only 100 hand-selected cars chosen for this exclusive event. The car's colors (see photo below from Greenwich) of Yellowstone Yellow and Midnight Black were a big hit. The car won a Radnor Award.
Black accents. During the Awards Ceremony it was announced that the 1956 Studebaker Golden Hawk won its Class Award known as "The Award of Timeless Excellence."

Mark James's 1956 Studebaker Golden Hawk Wins Again at the 22nd Greenwich Concours d'Elegance!
Saturday, June 2 dawned cool and rainy in Greenwich, Connecticut for the 22nd Annual Greenwich Concours d'Elegance. By late morning, however, the skies cleared and the crowds came out to admire the cars on the shore of Long Island Sound. There were eleven cars in Mark's class, including two other Studebakers. Once again, most of the comments were complimentary of the car's Yellowstone body with Midnight
