She has written extensively about legal issues affecting women, children, and families, and often speaks at public forums on various aspects of estate planning. Previously, she was a practicing attorney in the fields of estate planning, probate administration, real estate, and family law. She is the co-author of Estate Planning Success® for Women.

Attorney Mark L. James, M.B.A., J.D., LL.M. (Tax) has over 20 years of experience in estate planning. Prior to practicing law he was a planned giving representative for an international charity. Mr. James has helped donors and clients make over $50 million in gifts to charities through charitable estate planning.
